The revolutionary model of “1600 plant” is primarily intended for small and medium-sized construction sites, which is facilitated by a space-optimized design with the possibility of placing aggregate containers perpendicular to the mixing unit. The usual benefit of SBM is quick installation without the need for solid foundations, which is additionally facilitated by the presence of standardised plug-ins of the electric system for immediate connection of components.

Thanks to the retractable extensions on both sides of the mixing unit, a significant increase in internal space was achieved, especially in areas for technological service and maintenance. The mixer also has an integrated compressor and a newly developed high-pressure system for effective cleaning of the machine.

The NOVA generation is also fully compatible with all common control systems.

The efficient insulation of the mixing unit and high-quality robust construction of the equipment guarantee reliable long-term operation. Optional additional winter insulation then enables year-round operation of the concrete plant, accelerating the return on investment.
