For several years now, BLEND machines have been producing concrete in the Czech Republic directly where it is needed, without relying on local concrete plants. Blend machines are also ideal for hard-to-reach places where conventional mixers cannot go. Abroad, they have now proven themselves, for example, in the construction of traction lines during the modernization and electrification of the railway network.

Compared to established methods, on-site concrete production is logistically efficient, accurate, and independent. In addition to cleverly designed logistics, Blend can mix the exact amount of concrete based on the input raw materials, leaving no waste. At the same time, the concrete is always fresh, which is a significant advantage over transporting pre-mixed concrete to less accessible locations.

Blend volumetric mixers are truly opening up new possibilities in the field of rail transport, offering their customers not only reliable concrete production, but also greater efficiency, concrete that retains the required properties, and material savings. To this end, the first two units will be delivered to the Czech Republic at the turn of the year.
